Building both paths into one letter means two circuits, a face and back in different materials, and a deeper return to hold them. Materials and Build
Letters are fabricated, not printed: faces are cut by laser from stainless steel (#304 or #316) or acrylic — with 3, 5 and 8 mm acrylic options listed — returns are formed to depths between 10 and 180 mm, and the finish is polished, painted or left as brushed metal. Inside sit waterproof LED modules powered through a Mean Well transformer at a safe DC 12V. Every order ships with a 1:1 paper installation template, so the spacing designed on screen is the spacing drilled on the wall. Designing With Two Light Paths
The interesting decision is color: face and halo can match for a unified glow, or contrast — a white face with a brand-color halo, a brand-color face with a warm white halo — for a sign that carries two brand cues at once. Wiring the two paths on separate circuits adds dimming and switching options, so the face can stay on after the halo is dimmed for the night, or the reverse.
Because the letter is deeper and heavier than a single-path letter, wall fixing matters more; send the wall material with your inquiry and the mounting will be specified with the quote.
