Three Constructions for One Logo
Buyers asking for a logo sign usually want one of three physical objects. The first is a neon logo sign: your mark traced as lines and bent in LED flex, mounted on an acrylic backing — the right choice for script wordmarks and line-style logos, and the fastest to produce. The second is fabricated letters: the logo's letters built in stainless steel or acrylic with internal LEDs, in backlit, frontlit or full-lit form — the premium, architectural option for facades and lobby walls. The third is a light box: your full-color logo on an illuminated face — the only option that preserves gradients, photography and exact brand colors.
This page exists because the choice is not obvious from a logo file alone. A logo with thin strokes and color gradients belongs on a light box. A bold wordmark belongs in letters. A hand-drawn or script mark belongs in neon. Send the file and the intended location, and the proof stage will show the recommended construction at real size.
What the Proof Shows
Logo work lives or dies on fidelity, so the proof is more detailed than for a text sign: it shows the mark at the ordered width, the simplifications the construction requires (a tube cannot turn a hairline corner; a letter needs a minimum stroke width), and the glow effect on a photo of your wall where you provide one. Nothing is cut until you approve that rendering.
For multi-site buyers, the approved proof becomes the master: repeat orders for new locations are produced from the same file, at the same or different sizes, so the tenth branch sign matches the first.
Sizes and Placement
Neon logo signs run from 50 cm to 200 cm wide; fabricated letters are quoted per project from the artwork; light boxes are made to the cabinet size you specify. Indoors, logo signs sit behind counters, on reception walls and in window lines. Outdoors, choose fabricated letters or a light box with the appropriate construction, and tell us the wall material so the mounting method is right.

What file format should I send?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the cleanest result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works — the design team redraws it as production line work for the proof.
Can you match our brand color?
On light box faces, colors are printed and can match brand values closely. In neon, you choose the nearest of the 22 flex colors; the proof shows the match before production.
Can I order just one custom sign?
Yes. OEM custom neon orders start from a single piece, so a one-off sign for a shop, an event or a bedroom wall is a normal order, not an exception.
How long will the sign last?
The product pages state a service life of up to 50,000 hours for the LED flex tube. Actual life depends on daily running hours, dimmer settings and installation environment.
