From Your File to a Glowing Sign
A custom neon sign starts with whatever you have: typed wording, a vector logo, a handwriting sample or a photo. The design team redraws it as a single-line neon layout — the path the tube will actually take — and sends you a proof showing the design at size, in your chosen color, on a mock background. You can change the font, the color and the width at this stage at no risk, because nothing has been cut yet.
After approval, the flex tube is bent by hand along the layout, fixed to an acrylic backing cut to the design outline, wired to its adapter and aged before packing. The finished sign is photographed and the photos are sent to you before dispatch, so what arrives is the sign you already saw lit.
What Can Be Customized
Almost everything about the sign is a choice: the wording and font (script, block, handwritten and double-line styles all bend differently), the color from the 22-color flex range, the width from 50 cm to 200 cm, and the backing — cut to shape, rectangular, or mounted on a stand for desks and event tables.
