What It Is
A 3D letter sign is any sign whose letters have real depth — a return that lifts the face off the wall and turns flat typography into an object. Depth is the whole point: it creates shadow by day, holds LEDs by night, and gives a name the physical presence that printed graphics cannot.

Inside sit waterproof LED modules powered through a Mean Well transformer at a safe DC 12V. Every order ships with a 1:1 paper installation template, so the spacing designed on screen is the spacing drilled on the wall. Depth, Chosen Properly
As a working rule from the production side: letters under 30 cm tall usually sit between 30 and 60 mm deep; letters of 50 cm and above carry 80 mm or more comfortably; and facade letters meant to read from a road can go to the top of the range. Lighting pushes depth up — internal modules need room to spread light evenly across a face — while unlit letters can stay slim.
Three-dimensional letters are also the natural home of the logo-as-object: a mark extruded in steel or acrylic for a reception wall. Send the vector file and the wall width; the proof returns the mark at size with the proposed depth.

Each order ships with a 1:1 paper installation template: tape it to the wall, drill through the marked points, fix the letters and connect the transformer. Stud, rail and flush mounting are chosen per wall at order stage.
